Today I am recreating the Taco Bell Enchirito at home. This is a menu item that is seasonal and some of you grew up craving it. I am going to show you how easy it is to make at home. I will be making the red sauce from scratch and making fresh flour tortillas on the griddle. This Enchirito recipe taste delicious, fresh and ten times better.
