Formally titled "Address at Rice University on the Nation's Space Effort. This speech was delivered by President John F. Kennedy on September 12th 1962, in the Stadium at Rice University in Houston Texas. This speech is arguably the most well known speech related to the space program, and one of the most famous Presidential speeches of all time.
